Last month we once again reveled in the company of our fellow chestnut enthusiasts, as we gathered for our annual Spring Growers Meeting. There was much to be learned, not only from our own Orchard Manager Noah Vincent and TACF North Central Regional Science Coordinator Lake Graboski, but also from forest restoration expert and CEO of The American Chestnut Foundation, Michael Goergen, as well as celebrated environmental historian/author/professor Allen Dieterich-Ward. As always, thank you to our wonderful speakers and thank you to all who came to enjoy the day with us. You each made the day richer with your presence. We can’t wait to do it again!
